Kiloran Headquarters

The main base of ‘trouble’, to put it lightly. It’s found just outside of Perseph. The Kilorans are a group of morphs gone wrong, in the cases of those who mostly have two or more pokemon genes residing in them in a way that the creator hadn’t intended. They strive on taking revenge on their creators and others who they catch in the attempt. To most, they appear to be one of the most evil things ever to hit the galaxy. Others think what they do is only right, which is their supposed motive.
