Pirate Port

Once deemed the most disgusting place in the region, Pirate Port has turned around a lot. It's been cleaned up, since the Zincht attack. It the time of the attack, there happened to be a huge squad from team rocket attacking the lab...so, after Lady Rhine pointed out that everyone was gonna die unless they helped her out, strong people like Serena, Buzz, Rokna, Alfonzo, and countless other rogues all decimated the opposing forces, and even helped clean up the city after they learned how badly Tiraka had been hit as a whole. Its now a thriving community, which also has some protection due to it's 200-year technology upgrade. The harbor still shimmers, and aside from the capital, this is the only full city that remains standing. There is a huge chunk of the Zincht space ship, covered in dust in the city center.
